Software Maintenance <br /> School Data Service will use its best efforts to insure that <br /> the licensed software will be free from defects . Should <br /> sucL-1 defects be discovered in the licensed software, School <br /> Data Service will use its best efforts to correct such <br /> defects without charge to the city . <br /> Federal and State withholding tax tables will be revised <br /> when applicable. This service will be furnished at no <br /> cost to the city for 36 months . <br /> D. Software Modification <br /> All modifications to the licensed software must be made by <br /> School Data Service employees . Any modifications to the <br /> licensed software requested by the city that is not required <br /> to cure defects is billable to the cites based on School Data <br /> Service' s hourly rates in effect for its personnel , plus <br /> reimbursement for reasonable travel and expenses if applicable. <br /> II . Support <br /> A. School Data Service will provide technical support to <br /> the city on questions relating to the software. <br /> B. School Data Service will provide installation of all <br /> software at no extra charge to the city, if the software <br /> is installed on IBM Personal Computers and a Novell S-20 <br /> Network. Following installation, School Data Service will use <br /> its best efforts to provide all needed on site and telephone <br /> a-csistance to the city. <br /> III .
