<br /> Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Batesville,
<br /> Arkansas:
<br /> SECTION l: That from and after the passage of this Ordinance,
<br /> the following-described real property situated within the city
<br /> limits of Batesville , Arkansas, now zoned R-1, be, and hereby is,
<br /> rezoned to R-2, C-2, C-3 as more specifically set out below:
