f <br /> RESOLUTION BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> FOR THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7/ <br /> WHEREAS, Kimmswick Corporation and William Kibe and <br /> Virgil Milligan have petitioned the City Council for the vacation <br /> of a platted but unopened street named Finch Street in Quail <br /> Valley Addition to the City of Batesville, Arkansas; and <br /> WHEREAS, a hearing should be held before the City <br /> Council for the City of Batesville on said Petition, be it now <br /> resolved that the hearing on said Petition shall be held on <br /> 4 '1100 T.K. <br /> January 9, 1979,gin the City Hall of the City of Batesville, <br /> Arkansas .
