The Mayor asked for volunteers to study the appropriate use for the radio <br /> station and the building on the property. Councilmember Insell, Bone, Mitchum <br /> and Ford volunteered for the committee. <br /> REVIEW BILLS <br /> After a review of the bills, Councilmember Bone moved that they be paid. <br /> Councilmember Cargill seconded and all voted for. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Ford asked the council to consider placing stop signs on <br /> Neeley Street at 23rd Street to make the intersection a 4-way stop. Mr. Ford said <br /> he has had another call requesting the stop sign at the intersection. Mr. Ford <br /> moved to place the stop signs and Councilmember Carpenter seconded. The roll <br /> call count was 3 for (Ford, Gaither, and Pectol) and 5 against (Bone, Cargill, <br /> Carpenter, Insell and Mitchum). The motion failed. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Mitchum moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned. Councilmember Insell seconded and all voted for. <br /> JOE M.
