COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Insell asked about the status on the Barlow house on <br /> Wycough Street. Attorney Stalker said Ms. Barlow recently married and her <br /> husband asked for the City to wait until after April 1 to give them time to remove <br /> their belongings from the house. Councilmember Cargill moved to start the <br /> demolition as soon as possible after April 1. Councilmember Carpenter <br /> seconded and all voted for. <br /> Councilmember Pectol asked the status on the property located in the 500 <br /> block of Broad Street. Mr. McClure said the property owner bought a building <br /> permit some time back and has done little work since. The council asked Mr. <br /> McClure to contact the property owner and ask him to attend the April 13 meeting <br /> and tell the council his intentions of the property. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Mitchum moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned.
