Mr. Dexter White, <br /> owner of the property at 380 Lilly Street addressed the council. Mr. McClure said <br /> Mr. White bought a demolition permit on May 5, 1999. Mr. White said he has <br /> started tearing down the house starting with the roof. The council asked Mr. <br /> White an approximate time frame for removal but he said he could not give a <br /> definite answer. The council asked Mr. McClure to watch the progress and give <br /> a report at the next meeting. The Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The council was given a copy of the City's financial statement for the <br /> month ending April 30, 1999. <br /> CEMETERY RESOLUTIONS <br /> The council considered two cemetery resolutions; Fred and Clara <br /> Thomas, Resolution #99-145-1 for$400.00 and Fred and Veda Russell, <br /> Resolution #99-145-2 for $400.00. The resolutions being in order, <br /> Councilmember Insell moved to adopt the resolutions. Councilmember Bone <br /> seconded and all voted for. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Mitchum moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned.
