Councilmember Bone moved to <br /> approve the Jaycee withdrawals and Councilmember Cargill seconded. All voted for. <br /> Mayor Biard said the council needed to make a decision on how to proceed regarding the <br /> possible by-pass through Eagle Mountain Blvd. After a discussion, the Mayor said he would ask <br /> the highway department to make a recommendation of where the by-pass would be located and <br /> then call for a public hearing. <br /> The City has applied for a grant to purchase a second wood chipper. The grant application <br /> is for $15,000 which would cover approximately half of the cost of a chipper. <br /> REVIEW BILLS <br /> After a review of the bills, Councilmember Cargill moved to pay the bills. Councilmember <br /> Insell seconded and all voted for. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Mitchum moved that the meeting be <br /> adjourned.
