Mayor Biard informed the council that the bulletproof vest had been received for <br /> all of the metro and county officers. <br /> Mayor Biard informed the council that the Sheriff's Office would be moving <br /> during the first quarter of 2001. This would mean that dispatch would also have <br /> to move. The county was looking at the Public Health Office located on Myers <br /> Street or the basement of the Library where OES is located. A decision has not <br /> been made yet. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Robert Ford ask the Mayor about a drainage problem located at <br /> 2709?? Vine Street. The problem is the responsibility of the landowner. The <br /> Mayor told Mr. Ford that the landowner needed to contact an attorney. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Mitchum moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned.
