Mayor Biard said they would also be considered in the budget process. <br /> DRUG FREE WORKPLACE POLICY— SHARON TAYLOR <br /> Mrs. Sharon Taylor, Batesville Safety Director, addressed the council regarding a <br /> city drug testing policy. Mrs. Taylor went over the policy with the council and after a <br /> few minor changes asked the clerk to have an ordinance ready to adopt the policy at the <br /> next meeting. <br /> PRESENT 2002 BUDGET <br /> Mayor Biard gave the council a copy of the proposed 2002 budget. The Mayor <br /> went over several areas of the budget and told the council it will placed on the next <br /> agenda for discussion. <br /> CONSIDER 4-WAY STOP SIGN AT RAMSEY AND BATES <br /> Councilmember Cargill moved to place 2 stop signs on Ramsey Street at the <br /> intersection of Bates and Ramsey making a 4 way stop. Councilmember Pectol seconded <br /> and all voted for. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Councilmember Gaither moved to go into executive session and Councilmember <br /> Mitchum seconded. All voted for. <br /> Upon returning from executive session, Cargill moved to appoint Randy Luster to <br /> replace Von Clouse whose term expired November 9 on the Airport Commission. <br /> Councilmember Watkins seconded and all voted for. Mr. Luster's term will be 11/27/01 <br /> through 11/09/2006. <br />
