Councilmember Cargill moved to adopt the resolution and <br /> Councilmember Gaither seconded. All voted for. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Cargill recognized Mr. Phillip Finch in the audience who asked <br /> to address the council. Mr. Finch said he would like to express his support for the city's <br /> animal control officer, Bill Burrus, in light of the recent controversy when Mr. Burrus <br /> shot a dog in Quail Valley. Mr. Finch said that Mr. Burrus was not treated fair by our <br /> local radio stations, WRD Entertainment, and felt they owed Mr. Burrus an apology. <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Mitchum moved that the <br /> meeting be adjourned.
