Councilmember Beller seconded and the electronic roll call count was <br /> 7 for and 0 against. Mr. Meitzen read the ordinance by title only. <br /> Councilmember Bryant moved to adopt the ordinance and Councilmember <br /> Henley seconded. The electronic roll call count was 7 for and 0 against. The <br /> ordinance was given #2017-01-02. Councilmember Bryant moved to adopt the <br /> emergency clause. Councilmember Henley seconded and the electronic roll call <br /> count was 6 for 1 (Shetron) against. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A) POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> Police Chief Alan Cockrill said he was still working on his year-end report for the <br /> council and asked to be on the agenda for the next meeting. <br /> B) ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> City Engineer Damon Johnson addressed the council for his monthly report. He <br /> gave the council a quick report on different jobs going on throughout the City. He <br /> also said both processing plants are operating well. <br /> C) FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />
