After returning from Executive Session, Councilmember Matthews moved to appoint <br />Mr. Landon Downing to the Planning Commission. Dr. Matthews explained that Mr. <br />Downing will replace Commissioner Chris Milum who had recently resigned his <br />position. Councilmember Bryant seconded and all voted for. Mr. Downing’s term will <br />expire June 10, 2022. <br />F) REVIEW PAID BILLS REPORT <br />The council was given a copy of the March, 2018 paid bills report for review. <br />G) REVIEW FINANCIALS <br />The council was given a copy of the January and February, 2018 financial statements <br />for review. <br />MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said he wanted to encourage our citizens to come out and enjoy the <br />Scottish Festival this weekend at Lyon College. <br />LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no more business, Councilmember Matthews moved that the meeting be <br />adjourned.
