Under no circumstances <br />will more than 0.05 parts per million CN be discharged to a <br />sewer or stream. If discharge to a sewer or stream is <br />contemplated on any of the metals described bebw, reference <br />should be made to the Arkansas Pollution Control Commission for <br />guidance. Said metals are: Antimony, Beryllium, Bismuth, Cobalt, <br />Iron, Molybdenum, Rhenium, Strontium, Tellurium, Tin and Uranylion <br />SECTION III: The City Council of the City of Batesvillf <br />Arkansas hereby finds that there is an immediate and urgent need <br />for the prompt passage of this ordinance for the proper <br />administration of municipal affairs in advancing with a sewer <br />improvement project funded in part by a grant from the United <br />States of America, and in order to comply with regulations <br />governing such grants; therefore, an emergency exists, and this <br />ordinance being necessary for the protection of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare, shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after its passage, approval and publication. <br />PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas, this day of <br />M <br />, 1979• <br />APED: <br />Peyto Golden, Mayor <br />11 ATTEST: <br />v I�� <br />jl <br />
