BAILE`i and 11. D. BAILEY, JR., requesting; a C-2 Commercial Zoning Classification for the following described lands: A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence East 759 links (500.94 ft.), thence South 26 1/2 degrees West 799 links (527.34 ft.), thence North 75 3/4 degrees nest 418 links (275.88 ft.) to the line dividing the Southeast Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of said Section 15, thence North on said line 604 links (398.64 ft.) to place of beginning, containing four (4) acres, more or less. And a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 13 North, Range 6 West, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence East 759 links (500.94 ft.) to South side of State Highway No. 69, thence in a Northwesterly direction along South and West side of said Highway to intersection of line dividing; the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, of said Section 15, thence South on said line 800 links (528 ft.) to place of beginning, containing two and one-half (2 1/2) acres, more or less.
