thence South 26 1/2 degrees West 410 links (270.6 ft.) <br />thence North 75 3/4 degrees West 157 links (103.62 ft.) <br />more or less, to a point on quarter section line 300 <br />links (198 ft.) South of the beginning point of this <br />conveyance; thence -North on Quarter Section line 300 <br />links (198 ft.) to the beginning point of this conveyance, <br />-containing in said tract 1 1/8 acres, more or less, <br />and reserving and excepting for ourselves (the Browns) <br />a 15 foot strip off the entire West side of the above <br />described tract, leaving in the above conveyance to <br />said grantee herein (W. H. Handford) 1 acre, more or <br />less. <br />And upon the filing of said petition same was set for hearing; <br />before the Batesville City Planning Commission on the 3rd day of <br />August, 1976, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., and notice of such public <br />hearing was published in the Batesville Guard, a newspaper with <br />a genuine and bora fide circulation within the City of Batesville, <br />Arkansas, as required by law, and following; the public hearing <br />on the aforesaid petition the City Planning Commission did, after <br />being well and sufficiently advised in the premises, find as <br />follows: <br />1. That on the 3rd day of August, 1976, an order has <br />been entered by the County Court of Independence County, Arkansas, <br />ordering; the above-described lands to be annexed to the City of <br />Batesville, Arkansas. <br />2.
