<br />District to CJ -1,, "Central Business District", sai,1 tract being de-
<br />scribed as follows:

<br />ville, Arkansas, described as follows;
<br />Coiwn-encing at the intersection of the East line
<br />of Third Street with the South line of Boswell
<br />Street; thence South along the �,`ast line of
<br />Third Street 84 feet to the point of beginning
<br />of the lands h-sr_„in recommended for reclassi-
<br />fication;
<br />Thence Northeasterly parallel with Boswell St.
<br />57 feet; thence Easterly and parallel with -Harri-

<br />filed its recommendation with the City Council, recommending that
<br />the proposed reclassification petitioned for, be adopted;

<br />Section 1 --That the City Council adopts the report and recom-
<br />mendations of the City Planning Commission as above set forth, and
<br />the Tract of land herein described, be and is hereby reclassified
<br />under the applicable zoning law and ret-olations to the class of C-1
<br />"Central Business District.
<br />Section 2 --That the City Clerk shall cause the official zoning;
<br />map of the City to note the c�ianges above set forth,

<br />mediate nc�ed for the reclassification above set forth for t'ne benefit
<br />of the public health,, safety and welfare of the City of Batesville,
<br />Arkansas, and particularly the area affected hereby,, Tlil-',P, FOR Etit is
<br />declared that an emergency exists and this ordinance being necessary
<br />for the Immediate preservation of th- public health, safety and wel-
