"Central Business District", sail tract being de- scribed as follows: "A mart of B,ites Addition to the City of Bates- ville, Arkansaag described as follows; Commencing at the Intersection of the East line of Third Street with the South line of Boswell Street; thence South along the past line of Third Street 84 feet to the point of beginning of the lands herin recommended for reclassi- fication; Thence Northeasterly parallel with Boswell St. 57 feet; thence Easterly and, parallel with harri- son Street 891 feet to the West line of the Sturch property; thence South alonj_-, the ,vest line of said Sturch property 216 feet to the North line of Bates Street; thence West along the North line of Batess Street a distance of 10 feet to Its intersection with the :last line of Third Straetj thence Northwesterly almr the 1,ast line of 1"nird street 2071 feet to the Doint g ' of beginning, suVjeot to all rights of ways'and e,isements across said property'.
