It is designed for long term occupancy and contains a flush <br />toilet, tuk- or shower bath, k_tchen facilities, and sleeping Quarters. <br />b. It is desi`_ned to be transported after fabrication (manufacture) <br />on its own wheels, or on a flat-bed or other vehicle. <br />c. it arrives at the site where it is to be occupied as a complete <br />dwelling unit, includin.� major appliances and. furniture, and ready for <br />occupancy except for minor and incidental unpacking. and assembly oper- <br />ations, location on jacks or other temporary or permanent foundations, <br />connections to utilities and the like. <br />MOBIL 7, i10 iF P,1 E. -Any plot of --,round upon which two or more mobile <br />homes, occupired for Jwellin>- or sleeping purposes, are loc^ted, reard- <br />less of whether nr not a char, --e is made for such accomdation. <br />MOB -I E H0'Y1 , SPAC -A plot of ;.;round within a mobile home park de- <br />si-ned for the acco:^riodytion of one mobile home. <br />{CTION 2 -Except as otherwise provided h^rein, xm mobile homes°.in <br />the City of Batesville shall, from and after passage of this orlinance, <br />be located only in mobile home parks and no such park shall be situated <br />in any area of the City of Batesville which is zoned for residential <br />purposes. <br />SECTION 3 -It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a mobile <br />home park in tl)e City of Batesville without first obtaining a permit to <br />do so. Such permit is to be obtained by making; application therefore with <br />the Office of the City Clerk. The application shall be in writing, signed <br />by the applicant, and shall include the following: <br />a. The name and address of the applicant. <br />b. The location and legal description of the mobile home park. <br />c. A complete plan of the park showing; that it complies withxll <br />requirements and regulation hereinafter set forth. <br />d. Plans of all buildings, improvements and facilities constructed.. <br />or to be constructed within the mobile home park. <br />e. Such further information as may be required to c'etermine if the <br />proposed park will comply with all remulations and requi.rments <br />of the City of Batesville, <br />The application and all acompanyi.ng plans and specifications shall <br />be filed in triplicate and if the applicant is of sound moral character <br />and the mobile home park meets all requirments and regulations containQd <br />herein, the permit for operating such as a mobile home park_, shall be <br />issued. <br />-1- <br />
