SECTION 4- Mobile Home Parks in the City of Batesville shall con- <br />form to the following requirments: <br />a. The par',c :hall be located. on a well drained site, properly <br />graded to insure repid drainage and freedom from stagnant pools of water. <br />b. Mobile home spaces shall be provided consisting of, a minimum of <br />2400 square feet for each space which shall be at leastfeet wide <br />and clearly defined. <br />c. Ylobile homes shall be so placed upon each space that there shall <br />be at least a 15 foot clearance between mobile homes. <br />d. All mobile home spaces shall abut upon a driveway of not less <br />than 30 feet in width, which shall have unobstructed access to a public <br />way. <br />e. All driveways and walkways within the pRrk shall be hard -surfaced <br />and lighted at night. <br />f. An electrical outlet supplying at least 110 volts shall be pro- <br />vided each mobile home space. <br />g. Public water shall be provided to all mobile home spaces within <br />the park. <br />h. All waste water shall be discharged into a public sewer system <br />or into a private sewer system in such a manner as will present no <br />health hazard, and which is approved by the City Health Officer who <br />shall have the power to make periodic inspections of mobile home parks <br />to see that all health and sanitary regulations of the City are being <br />observed therein. <br />i. :Metal garbage cans with tight fitting covers shall be provided <br />each mobile home space to permit adequate disposal of all garbage and <br />rubbish. <br />C .CTICN 5 -It shall be the duty of each mobile home park owner issued <br />a pern;it under the terms of this Ordinance to keep a register containing <br />a record of all mobile home owners and occupants located within the <br />mobile home park. This register sh-Q.11 contain the following information: <br />a. The name and address of each mobile home occupant. <br />b. The name and address of the owner of each mobile home and motor <br />vehicle by which it w.ps towed. <br />c. The make, model, year and license number of each. mobile home <br />and motor vehicle. <br />d. The date of arrival and departure of each. mobile home. <br />Provided further, it shall be the duty of each mobile home park <br />operator to promptly notify the City Building Inspector each time that <br />a mobile home is placed on location in a mobile home space within said <br />park. <br />SHCTION 6 -Upon notification as provided in Section 5 above, it shall <br />be the duty of the City Building Inspector to make an inspection of said <br />mobile home park to insure that the requirements and retoulations of this <br />Ordinance are being complied with. <br />SECTION 7 -In order to defray the costs of administering the provi- <br />sions of this Ordinance, an inspection fee of 43.00 for each mobile home <br />placed on location in a mobile home park, is hereby levied on such mobile <br />home gk owner. <br />-2- <br />
