En ARTICLE XXII Section 2201. This Lease and Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas . Wherever in this Lease and Agreement it is provided that either party shall or will make any payment or perform or refrain from performing any act or obligation, each such provision shall, even though not so expressed, be construed as an express covenant to make such payment or to perform, or not to perform, as the case may be, such act or obligation. Section 2202. If any provision of this Lease and Agreement or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall, to any extent, be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease and Agreement and the application of its provisions to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it has been determined to be invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each provision of this Lease and Agreement shall be valid and shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. Section 2203. The Article captions in this Lease and Agreement are for convenience and reference only and in no way define, limit or describe the scope or intent of this Lease and Agreement or any part thereof, or in any wise affect this Lease and Agreement and shall not be considered in any construction thereof. Section 2204. It is agreed that after the bonds are fully paid and discharged, or adequate provision is made for their payment and discharge, and all proper fees and expenses of the Trustee and Paying Agent are paid or adequate provision made for their payment, the Trustee shall cease to have any right, title and interest in, to or under this Lease and Agreement. Ti ereafter, all rights of apprn�.%al or other rights herein specified with reference to the Trustee shall inure to the benefit of and be applicable to Lessor.
