En <br />ARTICLE XXII <br />Section 2201. This Lease and Agreement shall be construed and <br />enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas . Wherever in this <br />Lease and Agreement it is provided that either party shall or will make any payment <br />or perform or refrain from performing any act or obligation, each such provision shall, <br />even though not so expressed, be construed as an express covenant to make such <br />payment or to perform, or not to perform, as the case may be, such act or obligation. <br />Section 2202. If any provision of this Lease and Agreement or the <br />application thereof to any person or circumstances shall, to any extent, be determined <br />to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease and Agreement and the <br />application of its provisions to persons or circumstances other than those as to which <br />it has been determined to be invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, <br />and each provision of this Lease and Agreement shall be valid and shall be enforced to <br />the fullest extent permitted by law. <br />Section 2203. <br />The Article captions in this Lease and Agreement are <br />for convenience and reference only and in no way define, limit or describe the scope <br />or intent of this Lease and Agreement or any part thereof, or in any wise affect this <br />Lease and Agreement and shall not be considered in any construction thereof. <br />Section 2204. It is agreed that after the bonds are fully paid and <br />discharged, or adequate provision is made for their payment and discharge, and <br />all proper fees and expenses of the Trustee and Paying Agent are paid or adequate <br />provision made for their payment, the Trustee shall cease to have any right, title and <br />interest in, to or under this Lease and Agreement. Ti ereafter, all rights of apprn�.%al <br />or other rights herein specified with reference to the Trustee shall inure to the benefit <br />of and be applicable to Lessor. <br />
