_"W <br />1�RTICLE XI <br />THE TRUSTEE <br />Section 1101. The Trustee hereby accepts the trusts imposed upon <br />it by this Indenture, and agrees to perform said trusts as an ordinarily prudent <br />trustee under a corporate mortgage, but only upon and subject to the following <br />expressed terms and conditions: <br />(a) The Trustee may execute any of the trusts or powers hereof and <br />perform any duties required of it by or through. attorneys, agents, receivers or <br />employees, and shall be entitled to advice of counsel concerning all matters <br />of trusts hereof and its duties hereunder, and may in all cases pay reasonable <br />compensation to all such attorneys, agents, receivers and employees as may <br />reasonably be employed in connection with the trusts hereof. The Trustee may <br />act upon the opinion or advice of any attorney, surveyor, engineer or accountant <br />selected by it in the exercise of reasonable care, or, if selected or retained by <br />the City prior to the occurrence of a default of which the Trustee has been <br />notified as provided in sub -section (g) of this Section 1101 , or of which by said <br />sub -section the Trustee is deemed to have notice, approved by the Trustee in <br />the exercise of such care. The Trustee shall not be responsible for any loss <br />or damage resulting from an action or non -action in accordance with any such <br />opinion or advice. <br />(b) The Trustee shall not be responsible for any recital herein, or in <br />said bonds (except in respect to the certificate of the Trustee endorsed on such <br />bonds), or for the recording or re-recording, filing or re -filing of this Indenture, <br />or for insuring the property herein conveyed or collecting any insurance moneys, <br />or for the validity of the execution by the City of this indenture or of any supple- <br />mental indentures or instrument of further assurance, or for the sufficiency of <br />
