One for National Crime Victim's Rights Week and another for Child <br /> Abuse & Neglect Prevention Month. <br /> The Mayor said he has a conflict with the next scheduled council meeting. He asked <br /> the council to move the meeting from Tuesday the 14th to Monday the 13th of May. <br /> Councilmember Fredricks so moved. Councilmember T.
