<br />MINUTES OF COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 22, 2019 <br /> <br />nd <br />The Batesville City Council met in regular session on October 22, at 5:30 pm at the Municipal <br />Building. Mayor Rick Elumbaugh presided over the meeting. Utility Office Manager Nick Baxter gave <br />the invocation. Upon roll call, the following Councilmembers answered present; Tommy Bryant, Scott <br />Fredricks, Fred Krug, Doug Matthews, Pete Musgrave and Chris Poole. Also present were the City <br />Clerk Denise Johnston and City Attorney Tim Meitzen. Councilmembers Julie Hinkle and Paige <br />Hubbard were absent. <br />Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. <br />Councilmember Poole seconded and all voted for. <br />Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the prepared agenda and Councilmember Poole <br />seconded. All voted for. <br />CITIZENS COMMENTS <br /> None <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />A) HEAR A PRESENTATION FROM ENTEGRITY REGARDING BENEFITS OF SOLAR POWER <br />Mr. Rick Vance with Entegrity Solar Power addressed the council regarding the benefits of solar <br />power and how the City can save money. Mr. Vance said all the work is guaranteed and <br />recommended the City send for a Request for Qualification to Entegrity to see the what the <br />potential cost savings could be for the City. The City would not be out any expense for installing <br />the solar panels as Entegrity would install and own the panels. Entegrity would assume all <br /> <br />
