Mr. <br />Vance said Batesville School District recently went with solar and is pleased with the results. <br />B) EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Councilmember Bryant moved to go into executive session and Councilmember Fredricks <br />seconded. All voted for. <br />Upon returning from executive session, Councilmember Fredricks moved to reappoint Mr. <br />Grant Goodwin to the Airport Commission. Councilmember Krug seconded and all voted for. <br />Mr. Goodwin’s term will expire November 9, 2024. <br />Councilmember Matthews moved to reappoint Mr. Cord Davidson to the Public Facilities <br />Board. Councilmember Fredricks seconded and all voted for. Mr. Davidson’s term will expire <br />November 10, 2024. <br />MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh informed the council that the City was approved for the Arkansas <br />Community Assistance Grant to put new steps and railings in from the of the new Independence <br />County Library. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Bryant moved that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Councilmember Fredricks seconded and all voted for. <br /> <br />RICK ELUMBAUGH, MAYOR <br /> <br />DENISE M.
