Councilmember Bryant <br /> moved to read the resolution by title only. Councilmember Fredricks seconded <br /> and the electronic roll call count was 8 for and 0 against. City Attorney Tim <br /> Meitzen read the resolution by title only. Councilmember Bryant moved to adopt <br /> the resolution.
