Copies of the historical aerial <br />photographs are presented as Appendix E. <br />Historical Aerial Photographs <br />Aerial Date:1942 <br />Property:Undeveloped <br />North:Appears undeveloped, imagery is unclear. <br />South:Undeveloped <br />East:Chaney Drive is evident. <br />West:Batesville Boulevard is evident. <br />Aerial Date:1963 <br />Property:Some development is visible on the subject property; the specific use is <br />not evident. <br />North:Some development is visible, the specific use is not evident. <br />South:Undeveloped. <br />East:A structure is visible along Chaney Drive. <br />West:No development is evident between the subject property and Batesville <br />Boulevard. <br />Aerial Date:1979 <br />Property:Some development is evident on the subject property. The property <br />appears to be either frequently disturbed by automobiles or entirely paved. <br />North:Use appears to be consistent with that of the subject property. <br />South:Multiple structures are visible, but their use is not evident. <br />East:Consistent with prior imagery: a structure is visible along Chaney Drive. <br />West:Some development is evident between Batesville Boulevard and the subject <br />property. <br />Aerial Date:1986 <br />Property:Consistent with prior imagery: some development is evident on the subject <br />property. The northeastern portion <br />of the property is part of the paved lot for the business to the north. <br />North:Use appears to be consistent with that of the subject property.
