The project <br /> website will include information on all public engagement and outreach tasks, surveys, overview of <br /> safety and safety countermeasures, and reports once they have been approved as final by the City. <br /> Kimley-Horn will develop an interactive performance dashboard to track progress towards improving <br /> safety and implementing recommendations in the Safety Action Plan. Metrics will consist of <br /> mitigation efforts (quantity of safety improvements implemented) and reduction in the number and <br /> rate of fatal and serious injury crashes. Kimley-Horn will input the initial data into the dashboard and <br /> will provide the City with training on use and maintenance of the dashboard. <br /> Kimley-Horn will develop a draft Safety Action Plan report. The City will provide comments on the <br /> draft document within two weeks of receiving the documents. Kimley-Horn will meet with the City to <br /> review the comments.
