The Chief also said the radar signs are in their final test phase <br />and should be here and installed within the next couple of weeks. <br />B) ENGINEER’S REPORT <br />City Engineer, Damon Johnson, addressed the council with his monthly report. <br />Mr. Johnson said the construction department is working on completing the patch <br />work on Broad Street to get it ready for paving as soon as the paving company <br />can get to it. The Contract Section III is progressing, although slower than <br />anticipated. All other departments are running as expected. <br />C) FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />Fire Chief Mark McCollum addressed the council with his monthly report. The <br />Chief said his department had 243 training hours in February, 80 inspections and <br />38 fire runs. He said the tower truck was in St. Louis for repairs. The truck is a <br />2007, therefore, parts are hard to find for repairs. Councilmember Bryant noted <br />that the tower truck is the only truck that we have that will reach the top floor of <br />the hospital. <br />D) CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE FOR APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR <br />PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT GOOD DOG SOCIAL CLUB, INC. <br />Councilmember Bryant introduced an ordinance to approve the application for a <br />private club permit for Good Dog Social Club, more commonly known as Mi <br />Pueblito Mexican Restaurant. Councilmember Fredricks moved to suspend the <br />rules and read the ordinance by title only. Councilmember Bryant seconded and <br />the electronic roll call count was 7 for and 0 against. Mr. Meitzen read the <br />ordinance by title only. Councilmember Bryant moved to further suspend the <br /> <br />
