Mr. Abbott will be giving the council more numbers regarding the White River <br />Wonderland at the next meeting. <br />D) PROCLAIMING 2021 AS THE BICENTENNIAL OF THE CITY OF BATESVILLE <br />Mayor Elumbaugh read a proclamation, proclaiming 2021 as the Bicentennial of the <br />City of Batesville, and urged his fellow citizens to join him in celebrating the history of <br />our hometown, the oldest city in Arkansas. <br />E) PAID BILLS REPORT <br />The council was given a copy of the paid bills report for December, 2020 for review. <br />MAYOR COMMENTS <br />th <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh read a proclamation proclaiming January 19, 2021 as National <br />Day of Racial Healing in the City of Batesville and urges all citizens to promote truth, racial <br />healing and transformation in the ways that are best suited for them individually, as a means <br />to working together to ensure the best quality of life for every child. <br />th <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said the next council meeting will be February 9. <br />LIAISON REPORTS <br /> None <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Councilmember Matthews moved that the meeting be <br />adjourned.
