Mr. Meitzen read the emergency clause. Councilmember Bryant moved to <br />adopt the emergency clause and Councilmember Bennett seconded. The <br />electronic roll call was 6 for and 1 against, (Matthews). <br />C) MAYORAL PROCLAMATION TO CREATE A TEMPORARY <br />ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT AT RIVERSIDE PARK <br />Mayor Elumbaugh read a proclamation to proclaim that the temporary <br />Entertainment District, at Riverside Park, would be activated and operational <br />on July 4, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. until 12 Midnight. <br />MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said he has a conflict with the next scheduled council meeting <br />th <br />and asked to change the date to Tuesday, July 19. Councilmember Bryant so moved <br />and Councilmember Poole seconded.
