* `r► <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 01-01-01 <br /> RESOLUTION OF BATESVILLE WATER UTILITIES <br /> COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville Utilities Commission, an agency of the City of <br /> Batesville, charged with the duty and authority to construct, reconstruct, build, maintain <br /> and repair the water and sewer treatment plants, distribution and collection systems for <br /> the City of Batesville, Arkansas; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Batesville Utilities Commission is charged with the <br /> responsibility of assuring an adequate capacity of water to its customers and with the <br /> responsibility of assuring sufficient sewer collection and sewer treatment facilities for its <br /> customers; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Batesville Utilities Commission is charged with planning to meet <br /> the needs of future growth of the City of Batesville; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Batesville Utilities Commission does hereby desire to better <br /> serve its ratepayers; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Batesville Utilities Commission does hereby desire to <br /> maintain good communication with the City Council of the City of Batesville; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Batesville Utilities Commission realizes that circumstances may <br /> arise that require immediate attention resulting in unplanned construction and/or <br /> rehabilitation of Batesville Utilities' lines; <br /> NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Batesville Utilities Commission: <br /> That the Batesville Utilities Commission shall present to the City Council of the City of <br /> Batesville a quarterly report of construction and/or rehabilitation projects on the <br /> Batesville Utilities System inside and outside the city limits of Batesville for the previous <br />
