three months and a report of projected construction and/or rehabilitation projects on the <br /> Batesville Utilities System for the next three months; and, <br /> That the Batesville Utilities Commission shall apprise the City Council of the City of <br /> Batesville of all significant projects outside the city limits of the City of Batesville as <br /> soon as a project comes under consideration by the Utilities Commission allowing the <br /> City Council to have the opportunity for input before the Commissions decision making <br /> process; and, <br /> That the Batesville Utilities Commission shall present to the City Council of the City of <br /> Batesville a copy of the bi-annual financial report prior to release for publication; and, <br /> That the Batesville Utilities Commission shall provide notification of the Batesville <br /> Utilities Commission meetings to the liaison members of the City Council of the City of <br /> Batesville in the same manner as the Utilities Commission members are notified; and, <br /> That every two years beginning in the year 2003 the Batesville Utilities Commission <br /> shall provide to the City Council of the City of Batesville a review of both water and <br /> sewer rates with a recommendation of changes to the rates of Batesville Utilities <br /> Customers if indicated by the review. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this day of 92001. <br /> wa,64� <br /> mY� <br /> Robin Brock, Chairperson Jim Reid, Secretary <br /> Batesville Utilities Commission Bgtesville Utilities, Commission <br />
