Range 6 West, a part of Wolford's Quail Valley <br /> East Subdivision all in the City of Batesville, <br /> (W Independence County, Arkansas, more <br /> particularly described as follows: Commencing <br /> at the Southeast corner of said SWI/4; thence N <br /> 001 49' 52" East along the East line of said <br /> SWI/4 a distance of 2416.56 feet to the north <br /> right of way line of Turkey Run and the point of <br /> beginning; thence Southwesterly along said <br /> north right of way line and along a curve to the <br /> left, said curve having a radius of 120.95 feet, a <br /> distance of 116.21 feet; thence S 35° 46' 58" W <br /> a distance of 36.20 feet; thence N 09° 07' 52" E <br /> a distance of 132.05 feet to the south right of <br /> way line of Harrison Street; thence <br /> Northeasterly along said right of way line and <br /> along a curve to the right, said curve having a <br /> radius of 1858.83 feet, a distance of 106.94 feet <br /> to said east line; thence S 00° 49' 52" W a <br /> distance of 85.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> t donated to the City of Batesville for public use as a sewer pumping <br /> firâ–º station site by First National Bank by a Warranty Deed dated January 22, <br /> 1991 and filed January 23, 1991 in Deed Book R-14 page 811-812 of the <br /> Independence County Deed Records are no longer needed for public use <br /> and should be reconveyed, subject to a reservation of a fifteen foot wide <br /> easement now in place for sewer lines, to Bank of America as the <br /> successor in interest of First National Bank with the thanks and gratitude <br /> of the City of Batesville for use of the pump station site. Batesville <br /> Utilities Commission shall dismantle and remove all equipment from the <br /> structure and shall plug the old line and fill the wet well with gravel. <br />
