That in recognitation of the direct positive economic impact on local government <br /> in the form of property tax and sales tax revenues, and as a demonstration of <br /> support for the project, the City would propose the following: <br /> A. The City of Batesville would provide, in kind, the necessary water lines <br /> and sewer lines for service to the project. <br /> B. The City of Batesville would actively participate in the Community's effort <br /> to make possible a new residence hall for the project. <br /> C.
