CITY OF BATESVILE <br /> AND <br /> WHITE RIVER PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, INC. <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 3 day of ✓ 5�i <br /> 1996, by and between the following parties: <br /> WHITE RIVER PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, INC., hereinafter called the <br /> ADMINISTRATOR; and <br /> THE CITY OF BATESVILLE, acting herein by Mayor Joe Biard, duly authorized, hereinafter called the <br /> APPLICANT: <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has received a letter to proceed authorizing the Applicant to incur costs or has <br /> received grant funds from the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism; and <br /> WHEREAS, the APPLICANT has negotiated with and desires to engage White River Planning and <br /> Development District, Inc., to render selected services concerning the administration of the grant program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties do mutually agree as follows: <br /> �. I. The Administrator shall perform all of the necessary services provided under this contract in connection <br /> with the administration of the grant program. <br /> A. General Scone of Services <br /> The services rendered by the Administrator shall include, but not be limited to the following categories <br /> of service: <br /> 1. Program Requirements <br /> a. Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity <br /> 1) maintain data which record's the Applicant's affirmative action in equal opportunity. <br /> 2) maintain data which records good faith efforts. <br /> b.
