The resolution was given #2015-08-03-R. <br /> D) CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BATESVILLE ZONING DISTRICT <br /> MAP <br /> Councilmember Bryant introduced an ordinance that would amend the Batesville <br /> Zoning Districts Map. The property is located at 529 Boswell Street and currently <br /> zoned C-1. Mr. Bob Stroud, attorney for the home owners, said the owners would like <br /> to rezone the property back to R-2 which is consistent with the area. Councilmember <br /> Bryant moved to suspend the rules and read the ordinance by title only. <br /> Councilmember Matthews seconded and the roll call count was 7 for and 1 (Shetron) <br /> against. Mr. Meitzen read the ordinance by title only. Councilmember Matthews <br /> moved to further suspend the rules and suspend the second and third readings. <br /> Councilmember Henley seconded and the roll call count was 8 for and 0 against. <br /> Councilmember Bryant moved to adopt the ordinance and Councilmember Henley <br /> seconded. ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> City Engineer Damon Johnson addressed the council with his engineer's report. Mr. <br /> Johnson said he did not have much to report from the last meeting. He said the <br />
