When the handbook was recently updated, the smoking policy change <br /> was accidently left out. The changes will make the handbook conform to the <br /> Batesville Municipal Code regulating smoking on City owned properties. <br /> Councilmember Bryant moved to suspend the rules and read the ordinance by title <br /> only. Councilmember Henley seconded and the electronic roll call count was 8 for <br /> and 0 against. Mr. Meitzen read the ordinance by title only.
