MINUTES OF COUNCIL <br /> JANUARY 27, 2014 <br /> The Batesville City Council met in regular session on January 27, at 5:30 PM at <br /> the Municipal Building. Mayor Elumbaugh called the meeting to order. <br /> Cemetery/Landscape Supervisor Jonathan Abbott gave the invocation. Upon roll call, <br /> the following council answered present; Tommy Bryant, Margarett Henley, Paige <br /> Hubbard, Fred Krug, Douglas Matthews, Chris Poole, and David Shetron. Also present <br /> were the City Clerk and the City Attorney. Councilmember Davy Insell was absent. <br /> Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the minutes from the previous <br /> meeting. Councilmember Henley seconded and all voted for. <br /> Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the prepared agenda. Councilmember <br /> Shetron seconded and all voted for. <br /> CITIZENS COMMENTS <br /> None <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A) MS. MICHELE GERHARDT WITH AN UPDATE ON THE REGIONAL ARCHERY <br /> TOURNAMENT TO BE HELD IN BATESVILLE <br /> Ms. Michele Gerhardt addressed the council and informed them that Batesville <br /> will be hosting the Region 3 Archery Tournament on February 15th. Region 3 <br /> consists of 6 counties and approximately 300 to 400 archers. FutureFuel is <br /> donating the use of the old White Rodgers building for the tournament to be held <br />
