COLLEGE <br /> Code Enforcement Officer, Mr. Chad McClure addressed the Council with the bid <br /> results for the demolition of a house located at 990 E. College. The apparent low <br /> bidder was Mr. Chuck Murphy from Hardy with a bid of$9,860.00. The bid <br /> meets all the specs and license requirements for the job. Councilmember <br /> Shetron made a motion to accept the low bid. Councilmember Matthews <br /> seconded and all voted for. <br /> G) ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> Mr. Damon Johnson, City Engineer, addressed the council with his Engineer's <br /> Report. Mr. Johnson said progress is continuing to be made on the new <br /> Wastewater Treatment Plant facility. Multi-Craft has been back on site at the <br /> Water Treatment Plant working on a punch list. The Street Department is <br /> working on a drainage issue on 23rd street and on the large ditch in the Sawmill <br /> Addition. The contracted work in the Golf Addition should be completed by early <br /> February. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said there needed to be a correction to the previous minutes <br /> to state that Dr. Chris Beller's appointment should have been to the Public Facilities <br /> Board instead of the Parks and Rec. Board. Dr. Beller serves on both boards. <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh also said that the December 10th regular meeting needed to <br /> be moved to December 17th. Councilmember Matthews so moved and Councilmember <br /> Bryant seconded. All voted for. <br />
