MINUTES OF COUNCIL <br /> DECEMBER 11, 2012 <br /> The Batesville City Council met in regular session on December 11, at 6:30 PM <br /> at the Municipal Building. Mayor Elumbaugh called the meeting to order. Cemetery / <br /> Landscape Supervisor Jonathan Abbott gave the invocation. Upon roll call, the <br /> following council answered present; Tommy Bryant, Margarett Henley, Paige Hubbard, <br /> Davy Insell, Fred Krug, Douglas Matthews, and Chris Poole. Also present were the City <br /> Clerk and the City Attorney. Councilmember David Shetron was absent. <br /> Councilmember Insell moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. <br /> Councilmember Henley seconded and all voted for. <br /> Councilmember Bryant moved to approve the prepared agenda. Councilmember <br /> Insell seconded and all voted for. <br /> CITIZENS COMMENTS <br /> None <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A) SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> Chief Deputy Alan Cockrill addressed the council with the Sheriff's Department's <br /> monthly report. Chief Cockrill reported on a bust on Bayou Street that resulted in <br /> recovering a large quantity of stolen goods. The Chief said it will solve between <br /> 15 and 20 recent breaking and enterings and burglaries. <br /> B) ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />
