B) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING CODE ON <br /> REGULATIONS OF MOBILE HOME PARKS <br /> Councilmember Matthews moved to suspend the rules and read the ordinance <br /> by title only. Councilmember Bryant seconded and the roll call vote was 8 for <br /> and 0 against. City Attorney Castleberry read the ordinance by title only. After a <br /> discussion Mayor Elumbaugh said the ordinance will be placed on the next <br /> meeting's agenda for the third and final reading. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A) RECOGNIZE SAFETY EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER — DALLAS <br /> UNDERWOOD <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh presented Mr. Dallas Underwood with a certificate and coupon <br /> for two dinners donated by Colton's Steak House for being selected Safety <br /> Employee of the Quarter. Mr. Underwood works at the Water Treatment Plant. <br /> B) RECOGNIZE THE BATESVILLE ARCHERY TEAMS <br /> The Batesville School Districts Archery teams were recognized for their <br /> outstanding placement in the State Archery Competition. <br /> C) HEAR A REPORT FROM MS. PAULA GRIMES FROM MAIN STREET <br /> BATESVILLE <br /> Ms. Paula Grimes and Mr. Richard Black with Main Street Batesville and <br /> Ms. Samantha Evans, Assistant Director of Main Street Arkansas addressed the <br /> council requesting additional funding for Main Street Batesville. Ms. Grimes and <br /> Mr. Black updated the council on all the activities going on downtown and events <br /> and fundraisers that are being planned. Ms. Evans also gave the council <br />
