All voted <br /> for. <br /> C) CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPLY FOR A <br /> GIF COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT GRANT TO CONSTRUCT A NEW <br /> CONCESSION STAND AT NORTH COMPLEX <br /> Councilmember Insell introduced a resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit an <br /> application request to the Arkansas Rural Development commission for a GIF <br /> Community Enhancement Grant. The grant will be approximately $22,000 for the <br /> purpose of helping with the cost of constructing a new concession stand at the <br /> North Complex. Ms. Johnston read the resolution in full and Councilmember <br /> Bryant moved to adopt the resolution. Councilmember Henley seconded and the <br /> roll call count was 8 for and 0 against.
