After <br /> a review of the pictures and a discussion, Councilmember Terrell moved that Mr. <br /> McClure issue citations for unsightly properties to Connie Blevins, owner of the <br /> properties. Councilmember Krug seconded and all voted for. <br /> The last property for condemnation consideration is located at 909 Oak <br /> Street. Mr. Larry Little, owner of the property was present. Mr. McClure showed <br /> pictures of the property that included holes in the foundation and a broken <br /> window. Mr. Little pointed out that he had put new vinyl siding and a new roof on <br /> the house. He said he had new windows but has not had time to install them. <br /> Councilmember Pectol moved to give Mr. Little 30 days to make repairs to the <br /> house and allow Mr. McClure inside to inspect the interior. Councilmember <br /> Matthews seconded and all voted for. <br /> The council also discussed two other properties. Councilmember Pectol <br /> moved to issue a citation to Ms. Julie Hallmark at 206 Lilly Street for unsightly <br /> property and Councilmember Matthews seconded.
