The Chief said he didn't have the location <br /> breakout with him but a large portion of the accidents do occur on Harrison <br /> Street, primarily between Quail Valley subdivision and the Moorefield city limits. <br /> Chief Cockrill said he has had several complaints of vehicles parking on <br /> sidewalks and driving in the designated bike lanes. He said the City does have <br /> ordinances pertaining to such but they need to be updated. The Chief said he <br /> would get with the City Attorney and bring to the council a proposal for updating <br /> the City's ordinance. <br /> B) RECOGNIZE MR.
