Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br />Riverside Conoco <br />1350 Myers Avenue <br />Batesville, Arkansas <br />4.0 RECORDS REVIEW <br />4.1 Federal, State and Tribal Databases <br />PMI utilizes EDR to search various federal, state, and tribal environmental databases <br />and records to identify environmentally regulated or permitted facilities located within <br />specific radii established by the ASTM E 1527-21 guidelines. The EDR regulatory <br />records report dated November 30, 2022, is presented as Appendix D.
