Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br />Riverside Conoco <br />1350 Myers Avenue <br />Batesville, Arkansas <br />mold or other fungi, electromagnetic fields, soil or groundwater contamination, <br />regulatory compliance, cultural and historic resources, industrial hygiene, endangered <br />species, biological agents, or anything not specifically mentioned within the scope of <br />work for this project. No evaluation was made with regard to air, water, or soil <br />sampling and analysis. No warranty or guarantee is made regarding the existence or <br />nonexistence of any types of contamination on the subject property. <br />1.5 Deviations <br />PMI did not deviate significantly from the methodology and standard practices set <br />forth in ASTM E1527-21, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessment Process. <br />1.6 Reliance and Validity <br />This report is for the exclusive use of City of Batesville. If a party other than City of <br />Batesville would rely on the Phase I ESA report, written consent from PMI must be <br />obtained and all responsibilities presented in Section 6 of the ASTM E1527-21 <br />standard and 40 CFR Part 312.20(a) should be satisfied. <br /> <br />This report is valid for 180 days from the date of the records search completed on <br />November 30, 2022. Continued viability of the Phase I ESA report is subject to <br />Sections 4.6 and 4.8 of the ASTM E1527-21 standard. <br />1.7 Significant Assumptions <br />PMI has made the following significant assumptions during the preparation of this <br />report: <br /> <br />•Groundwater Direction: The direction of groundwater flow on the subject <br />property and in the general area has been inferred based on the visual <br />observation of site topography, proximity to surface water bodies in the area, <br />EDR GeoCheck data, and a review of the current USGS topographic map. <br /> <br />•Regulatory Records: All information provided by EDR and other state and local <br />sources is complete, accurate, and current. <br /> <br />•Interviews: All information obtained through interviews with persons having <br />knowledge of the subject property and/or adjoining properties is accurate, <br />complete, and unbiased. <br />5 <br />
