An approved <br /> "Masterplan"is included as an attachment to this Agreement. <br /> A. Riverside Park: The Riverside Park project includes the significant expansion and <br /> renovation of the current park.Once completed the park will form a`V' shape between <br /> Myers Ave along the North,the White River and Dam along the South,I-167 along the <br /> West,and 20th Street on the East.In the notch of the`V'is the Municipal Water <br /> Treatment Plant which will concurrently undergo a major expansion.Multiple vacant and <br /> underutilized parcels will be consolidated into the new expanded park.Additional new <br /> facilities and park components will include,but are not limited to:an Event Center, <br /> Pavilions,Playgrounds,Interactive Water Features,Public Restrooms,Sports Courts and <br /> Infrastructure,Cycling and Skating Facilities,Pedestrian Walkways,and Multi-Use <br /> Trails <br /> B: Downtown Plaza: The Downtown Plaza project will convert an existing surface <br /> parking lot into a public event and venue space.The plaza will provide spaces for <br /> covered seating,`lawn'games,an interactive water feature,a pavilion/stage,and <br /> infrastructure to provide utility hook-ups for vendors. <br /> C. Greenway Trail: The Greenway Trail project will create a new Multi-Use Trail along <br /> the White River and Poke Bayou to connect Riverside Park to Downtown Batesville. <br /> The Owner and Architect agree as follows. <br /> Init.
