An approved "Masterplan"is included as an attachment to this Agreement. A. Riverside Park: The Riverside Park project includes the significant expansion and renovation of the current park.Once completed the park will form a`V' shape between Myers Ave along the North,the White River and Dam along the South,I-167 along the West,and 20th Street on the East.In the notch of the`V'is the Municipal Water Treatment Plant which will concurrently undergo a major expansion.Multiple vacant and underutilized parcels will be consolidated into the new expanded park.Additional new facilities and park components will include,but are not limited to:an Event Center, Pavilions,Playgrounds,Interactive Water Features,Public Restrooms,Sports Courts and Infrastructure,Cycling and Skating Facilities,Pedestrian Walkways,and Multi-Use Trails B: Downtown Plaza: The Downtown Plaza project will convert an existing surface parking lot into a public event and venue space.The plaza will provide spaces for covered seating,`lawn'games,an interactive water feature,a pavilion/stage,and infrastructure to provide utility hook-ups for vendors. C. Greenway Trail: The Greenway Trail project will create a new Multi-Use Trail along the White River and Poke Bayou to connect Riverside Park to Downtown Batesville.
