The ordinance was given #2015-04-02. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A) ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said the City Engineer, Damon Johnson, was currently on his <br /> way back to Batesville from attending a water conference in Hot Springs. <br /> B) REVIEW JANUARY— MARCH 2015 FINANCIALS <br /> The council was given a copy of the January through March 2015 financials for <br /> review. <br /> MAYOR COMMENTS <br /> The Mayor said he has had a citizen's request for a 4-way stop at the intersection <br /> of Pine and Brooks Streets. Currently there is a 2-way stop on Brooks. The citizen said <br /> there are several children in the neighborhood and is requesting the additional stop <br /> signs for safety. The Mayor asked the council to drive the area and have a <br /> recommendation at the next meeting. <br /> Mayor Elumbaugh said he has also had a request for a street light at the south <br /> entrance at the Terry Sims Diamond Sports Complex (North Complex). The Mayor said <br /> he has also noticed the entrance is dark and would recommend a street light be <br /> installed. Councilmember Bryant moved for the Parks Director, Jeff Ownes, to evaluate <br />
